How to work with it - it asks that you firstly sit with it in quiet meditation (or just quiet space if meditating is difficult for you); connect with it and allow it to connect with you and join your frequencies.  Then lie down and place it on your solar plexus (belly button) to connect with any fears or stresses you have.  Keep it there until you feel a sense of calm wash over you.  Then move it up to your heart chakra (located near your heart) and allow any of those disturbing feelings to be transmuted to love, compassion and understanding.  When you feel the shift in energy, move it down to your sacral chakra (located below the belly button in the lower abdomen) and from that place of love and compassion, visualise your new world, the new you, and work with the crystal to create that with you.  If you feel fear or uncertainty sneak back into your field of consciousness, do this meditation again.  As many times as you need!
